About the Role
The Canvass Manager leads a door‑to‑door marketing team, oversees recruitment, training, and performance, participates in weekly management meetings, and reports on ROI metrics, while representing the company as a confident face‑to‑face communicator. • Lead door‑to‑door marketers to generate leads and raise local awareness • Recruit, staff, train, coach and motivate the marketing team • Attend weekly management meetings • Provide reporting and ROI metrics to meet or exceed business objectives • Serve as the public face of Mad City in face‑to‑face communications

What You Bring
• Valid driver’s license required • Face‑to‑face marketing or lead‑setting experience a plus • Prior leadership experience • Experience building/recruiting high‑performing teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to stand and walk 6–8 hours per day • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and reach during canvassing activities
