About the Role

The role involves both commercial and residential HVAC installation, including complete installation, hanging and insulating ductwork, and running lines. Additional duties include service, maintenance, troubleshooting, as well as occasional pipe work and refrigeration tasks. • Install, hang, and insulate commercial and residential HVAC ductwork • Run refrigerant lines and perform limited pipe and refrigeration tasks • Provide service, maintenance, and troubleshooting for HVAC systems

What You Bring

Tradesmen International is expanding its team of qualified trade professionals for current and future projects in and around Warren, MI. Most positions are first shift with a pay scale of $25‑35 per hour based on experience and skill level. The company seeks HVAC technicians/installers who want to work alongside proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior workmanship. Applicants must bring basic tools for the trade and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
