About the Role

Key responsibilities include developing and leading marketing strategies that advance WM’s business growth and sustainability targets. The leader translates complex offerings into compelling, customer‑focused value propositions, aligns plans with sales and revenue goals, and drives cross‑functional campaign execution across all touchpoints. Collaboration with sales, advisory services, and communications teams ensures programs are delivered on time, on budget, and with brand consistency. The role also represents strategic marketing to internal and external partners and presents insights and deliverables to senior leaders with confidence. The marketer creates creative briefs, guides messaging across channels, and leads multichannel campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle. They manage updates to internal and external content platforms and enable the sales organization with up‑to‑date materials. Performance measurement is critical: the leader defines KPIs, builds frameworks to assess marketing effectiveness, and analyzes campaign results to refine strategies for higher engagement and conversion.
