About the Role

The project is a large hospital in Mumbai. The role collaborates with the planning function on the allocated project, verifies projects and tenders to ensure alignment with defined planning processes, and ensures they are appropriately planned, scheduled and monitored. It also supports the project management function to deliver the project on time and profitably, taking responsibility for planning medium‑complexity projects, a portfolio of smaller projects or sections of larger projects. You will support the long‑term success of planning performance for specified engines/sectors/hubs and the broader company goals, as well as support the planning function in ensuring projects and tenders are effectively planned, scheduled, and monitored. You’ll also have membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent, extensive experience in successful planning of construction projects and programmes, deep property or infrastructure project management expertise, strong commercial and financial acumen, leadership of large diverse teams, experience managing senior stakeholder relationships, and knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with planning and scheduling experience. • Possess professional membership (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA) and extensive construction planning expertise. • Demonstrate strong commercial and financial acumen and lead large, diverse teams. • Understand carbon and sustainability considerations for infrastructure projects.
