About the Role
The Maintenance Technician II is tasked with efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and managing overall maintenance programs. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties • Assist Service Manager with various community tasks • Complete service requests accurately and promptly • Conduct preventative maintenance repairs • Respond to emergency service calls per company policy • Assist with resident functions • Participate in community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, possess an A/C Certification Type II or Universal, hold a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and are willing to work a flexible schedule that may include on‑call duties. • Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience • A/C Certification Type II or Universal • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Punctual, dependable self‑starter and team player
