About the Role

The Maintenance Technician II is tasked with efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and managing overall maintenance programs. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties • Assist Service Manager with various community tasks • Complete service requests accurately and promptly • Conduct preventative maintenance repairs • Respond to emergency service calls per company policy • Assist with resident functions • Participate in community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program

What You Bring
