About the Role

You will be accountable for managing functional drivers of working capital, cash and cost reduction. The role also involves ownership of engineering document and shared resource priority decisions for the Category, and leading recovery planning with Supplier Management Teams when risks arise. • Coordinate end‑to‑end supply chain execution and credibly implement plans. • Proactively manage delivery risk, lead recovery planning with Supplier Management Teams, and conduct root‑cause analysis. • Drive cross‑functional delivery governance by representing the category in reviews, escalation forums and Integrated Project Team sessions. • Champion continuous improvement through standard process embedding, best‑practice sharing, performance enhancement and ERP compliance.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a degree or relevant professional qualification such as APICS, demonstrates proven leadership and the ability to deliver under challenging circumstances, and possesses a broad understanding of manufacturing, purchase, NPI and related functions. Experience with production planning, MRP systems, improvement initiatives and strong MS Office skills are required. • Own engineering document and shared resource priority decisions for the category. • Hold a degree or relevant professional qualification (e.g., APICS). • Demonstrate proven leadership influencing beyond direct control and ability to deliver under pressure. • Possess broad understanding of manufacturing, purchase, NPI, ME and related functions. • Experience in production planning, control processes, and MRP systems. • Skilled in MS Office and capable of leading improvement and change initiatives.
