About the Role
As Branch Manager, you will oversee branch employees and daily operations, ensure compliance with company procedures, and maintain high service standards by communicating with staff, sales representatives, customers, and administrative personnel. You will be responsible for upholding health and safety protocols, documenting jobsite incidents, and collaborating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, and achieve performance goals. • Manage and supervise branch employees and oversee all branch operations • Communicate with staff, sales reps, customers, and admin personnel to ensure top service • Address and resolve serious installation or service issues • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed and document jobsite incidents • Coordinate with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotions, and achieve goals • Inspect quality of employee or subcontractor installations

What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings at least eight years of experience in home improvement, five years in a supervisory role, strong communication skills, the ability to assess installation quality, and proficiency with Microsoft and Google suites as well as CRM tools like i360 and Salesforce; a valid driver’s license is required. • 8+ years experience in the home improvement industry • 5+ years management or supervisory experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM tools (i360, Salesforce) • Valid driver’s license
