About the Role
• Coordinate NCCER assessment scheduling, delivery, and tracking. • Manage activities for Registered Apprenticeship programs. • Ensure accurate and timely submission of all training documentation with the Craft Training Coordinator. • Uphold the integrity of all craft training programs. • Develop technical training courses, including NCCER‑standardized and apprenticeship content. • Represent Sundt in schools, educational organizations, and industry associations to sustain partnerships. • Collaborate with profit centers and projects to expand project‑based craft training. • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend while performing duties. • Comply with all safety standards and procedures. • Interact regularly with people and technology throughout the workday. • Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects weighing pounds. • Sit, stand, or walk short distances for the duration of a shift.

What You Bring
The Craft Training Instructor reports to the Craft Workforce Development Manager or Director and delivers both classroom and hands‑on instruction for Sundt's construction training programs. All training aligns with standards set by the National Center for Construction Education/Research (NCCER) and the Department of Labor. • Require 5+ years of successful field experience in construction. • Prefer experience delivering continuing education services to field personnel. • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. • Obtain NCCER certification within six months of hire. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Bi‑lingual ability is a plus. • Frequent use of hands to grasp, lift, handle, and carry objects. • Frequent use of telephone, computer, email, and electronic devices for communication.
