About the Role

The Associate Property Manager role at Cushman & Wakefield's Oceanaire multifamily community involves maintaining properties to market-ready standards, delivering high-level resident service, and leading on-site teams to maximize performance. Working with the Regional Property Manager, the incumbent oversees daily operations—including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, collections, evictions, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits—while ensuring superior communication with residents and prospects to drive satisfaction, renewals, and revenue. • Assist Regional Property Manager in overall building operations. • Oversee maintenance, capital projects, lease administration, budgeting, collections, evictions, and marketing activities. • Deliver superior resident and prospect communication to boost satisfaction, renewals, and revenue. • Supervise, interview, hire, and coach on-site staff while enforcing company policies. • Manage community budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial performance. • Resolve resident conflicts promptly and maintain a positive living environment. • Maintain accurate resident files and complete lease/renewal paperwork per standards.
