About the Role

The role of Supervisor – Tower Assembly & Erection will be based onsite, overseeing tower assembly and erection activities within the HumeLink West works.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar supervisory role • Hold a trade qualification and Supervisor Certificate • Strong oral and written communication, negotiation, and influencing skills • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple complex tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and email • Extensive construction quality/completions experience and knowledge of Australian/International standards • ISO 9001:2015 Internal/Lead Auditor certification • Experience as a final product inspector or in quality function on renewable/utility EPCM projects (advantageous)
