About the Role

We are seeking a part‑time Bellperson who will be the first point of contact for owners and guests, escorting them to their rooms and ensuring a positive start to their stay. The role involves welcoming guests, handling luggage, and providing information about property services in line with brand standards. • Greet and assist guests with luggage, special requests, and deliveries • Supervise the front entrance and manage guest arrivals • Provide information on room amenities and property services per brand standards • Assist with gate coverage and maintain a safe, clean lobby area • Fulfill reasonable requests from management and support other departments • Maintain regular attendance in line with company standards

What You Bring

Eligibility is limited to U.S. hourly team members who are not represented by a labor organization or covered by a collective bargaining agreement. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply. • At least 6 months of customer service experience • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 150 lb • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and endure outdoor weather conditions • Ability to move quickly (run, walk, jog) as needed, with or without accommodations • 1+ year of prior Bellperson experience (preferred) • Proven experience in resort or hotel hospitality (preferred)
