About the Role
The Driver‑CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous waste removal services while ensuring the vehicle meets Company safety standards and complies with all state and federal regulations. Daily vehicle condition reports are completed to address any defects promptly. Key responsibilities include performing thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, following designated routes and service sheets, operating manual or automatic controls to lift, load, compact, and dispose of refuse, and interacting courteously with customers and dispatchers. The driver also tags unsatisfactory containers, monitors waste for compliance, cleans spills, maintains vehicle readiness, and completes required productivity and condition reports.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with an air‑brake endorsement. Strong customer service, time management, follow‑through, and adherence to safety policies are essential, as is a commitment to the Company’s standards and a pride in one’s work.
