About the Role

Under the direct supervision of the Pod Team Manager, you will receive and schedule customer service calls, manage the schedules of assigned technicians and mechanics, and ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance aligned with monthly forecasting goals. You will debrief daily activities, coordinate with technicians to resolve concerns quickly, and collaborate with billing and support coordinators to move completed jobs through the proper business process. You will handle both unscheduled and scheduled service requests, match technicians to the appropriate customer and service need, and communicate action plans directly to customers. Your responsibilities include ensuring work meets customer expectations, following up as needed, maintaining up‑to‑date customer account information in NxGen, and supporting parts ordering, PO creation, start‑up tasks, and service quote generation. What You Bring

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two to five years of service‑industry experience in service operations or scheduling. Candidates must demonstrate independent work ability, strong organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills, and excellent interpersonal communication with internal and external clients. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize based on financial impact, and influence diverse teams is essential; an associate degree and basic project accounting knowledge are preferred. • Require high school diploma and 2‑5 years of service operations experience. • Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and interpersonal skills; associate degree preferred.
