What You Bring
The role involves learning to assemble heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment from the ground up, installing high‑value components, and assembling steel and aluminum panels into cabinetry. Employees receive full fit‑and‑finish training, operate power hand tools, and learn to read blueprints. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, stoop, crouch, lift up to 25 lb, and climb ladders (including tall ladders). Employees must also be able to read a tape measure accurately. The work environment is a fast‑paced production setting where overtime, including occasional Saturdays, may be required.
