About the Role

As a Diesel & Natural Gas Industrial Engine Technician, you’ll perform comprehensive maintenance and repair on industrial engine systems. From diagnostics to reconditioning and component testing, you’ll be essential to powering our customers’ success. What You Bring

Mustang Cat is actively hiring skilled Industrial Power Technicians for both shop and field service roles. If you’re an experienced Engine Rebuild Mechanic or a motivated Senior Diesel Engine Mechanic, this opportunity places you at the forefront of servicing diesel and natural gas power systems used across critical infrastructure throughout Texas. Candidates must own proper tools, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably an associate’s degree or technical certification. Prior mechanic or military experience, in‑depth knowledge of engine, hydraulic, and electronic components, and strong technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting abilities are also required. • Work independently or as part of a team in both shop and field environments • Must own proper tools to perform necessary repairs • High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred • Previous mechanic or military experience working on engine systems • In-depth knowledge of engine, hydraulic, and electronic components • Strong technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting abilities
