About the Role
The role is designed for a new employee to learn and perform basic tasks associated with the specific process or business area they are assigned to. Key responsibilities include understanding business fundamentals and standard operating procedures, following a structured training schedule to achieve required certifications, and maintaining professional communication with internal customers. The incumbent is expected to integrate new procedures into daily routines, meet productivity targets, resolve problematic invoices promptly, and address quality control issues from problem queues. What You Bring
Candidates must hold a B.Com, M.Com or an equivalent degree. Preferred qualifications include up to six months of relevant experience in audit, accounts, or finance, though applicants with strong communication and analytical abilities may be considered even without prior experience. The position is office‑based and involves frequent repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination, and constant sitting, talking, and hearing.
