About the Role

You will play a key role in building Hadron’s internal AI ecosystem—developing customized tools that improve collaboration, automate routine processes, and help teams focus on high-value work as the company scales toward commercial reactor deployment and public-company operations. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will lead the design and implementation of AI-driven software tools, automation systems, and intelligent agents that streamline engineering workflows, enhance decision-making, and optimize company-wide efficiency. This individual will work cross-functionally across engineering, operations, regulatory, and business teams to develop and deploy solutions that integrate machine learning, data automation, and natural language processing into Hadron’s daily operations. • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven tools and software agents to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and support decision-making across teams • Develop and maintain APIs, data pipelines, and automation frameworks that connect various tools and departments (e.g., engineering, project management, finance) • Monitor AI performance, ensure data quality, and maintain system reliability and compliance • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and executive leadership to identify automation opportunities and translate them into scalable AI solutions • Build, train, and integrate LLM-based and task-specific AI models into internal systems and knowledge platforms • Implement intelligent assistants for documentation, task tracking, and data analysis • Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure safe, ethical, and secure use of AI systems • Prototype and iterate on internal AI products to support engineering design, regulatory documentation, and project scheduling • Stay current on emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices; continuously evaluate opportunities for integration within Hadron’s operations
