About the Role
In this role, the representative creates a welcoming atmosphere by greeting tenants and visitors, handling visitor registration, and responding to tenant inquiries via phone and email. They also provide building information, coordinate with management on security matters, and maintain a tidy reception area while fostering professional relationships with key contacts. • Greet all tenants and visitors courteously at the front desk. • Register and authorize visitors according to building policies. • Contact tenants when a guest is not pre‑registered following SOPs. • Answer tenant phone calls and emails throughout the day. • Provide building guidance and information to tenants and visitors. • Direct security or management issues to the appropriate parties. • Maintain a tidy reception area and enforce workplace policies. • Build professional relationships with key employee and tenant contacts. • Report any security concerns or service alerts promptly.

What You Bring
The Guest Service Representative role on the Experience Management (XM) team is based on‑site in Chicago, IL, with a Monday‑Friday schedule of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and an estimated hourly rate of $19‑$19.50. This position does not offer visa sponsorship and requires U.S. work authorization. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least one year of experience in high‑end hospitality, luxury retail, fine dining, or a related field. They demonstrate a professional demeanor, strong people and communication skills, the ability to multitask, proficiency with MS Office, and the physical stamina to stand for extended periods unless medically exempt. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum 1 year experience in high‑end hospitality, luxury retail, fine dining, or related field. • Professional appearance and demeanor. • Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills. • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and think quickly under client requests. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications. • Ability to stand for extended periods (unless medically exempt).
