Continuous Improvement Coordinator
Drive Lean process improvements and coach teams across the organization.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Build trust within an organization through direct engagement, problem solving, and building relationships. • Participate in the development of the CI Plan to develop and promote a Continuous Improvement culture within Excellerate. • Assist in Kaizen events and follow up on action items. • Monitor and measure the progress of process improvement initiatives, track key metrics, and report on the effectiveness of implemented improvements. • Develop education materials to deploy throughout the organization to train the organization in Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools. • Work with all Excellerate facilities to share best practices and lessons learned. • Provide coaching through hands-on facilitation and demonstration of the use of Lean tools. • Work with all facilities and departments to identify and quantify potential opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that deliver measurable results. • Support Excellerate Process Development activities through facilitation of Process Flow and Process Mapping activities and act as a mentor to train. • Support the CI Team and all Excellerate-wide Continuous Improvement activities.
