About the Role

The engineer will act as a technical integrator, ensuring that the support solution for Dreadnought and SSNA is optimally configured. Responsibilities include producing high-quality technical reports, collaborating with customers and enterprise partners to define requirements, and delivering projects within cost, specification and programme constraints. The role also involves developing detailed plans and estimates with multi-discipline teams, leading technical integration tasks, and coordinating to resolve technical issues. • Serve as the technical integrator for Dreadnought and SSNA support solutions. • Produce high-quality technical reports, processes, and correspondence. • Collaborate with customers and enterprise partners to define requirements and shape approaches. • Ensure project delivery meets cost, specification, and programme targets. • Develop detailed plans and cost estimates with project engineers and multi-discipline teams. • Lead technical integration tasks across various projects. • Coordinate within the business to guarantee timely and quality delivery. • Resolve technical issues through enterprise-wide integration meetings. • Attend and contribute to integration meetings across the enterprise. • Maintain required security clearance and meet UK nationality criteria.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a degree in a relevant engineering discipline or demonstrate equivalent professional development and experience. Experience with submarine NSRP design work is preferred, along with a willingness to collaborate across the business and knowledge of submarine NSRP or secondary systems. Security clearance is required; Rolls‑Royce will support the application if the candidate does not already possess it, and applicants must be UK nationals or MoD‑approved dual nationals. • Hold a degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience. • Possess experience in submarine NSRP design work and knowledge of NSRP or secondary systems. • Demonstrate willingness to collaborate across the business and wider enterprise.
