About the Role
The Assistant Project Manager role blends civil engineering and interior design expertise to support project delivery from conception to completion. The successful candidate will work with the Project Manager to ensure high‑quality civil works and interior finishes across commercial projects. • Assist the Project Manager in overseeing civil engineering and interior design components of construction projects. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for both civil and interior works. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and clients to integrate civil and interior elements. • Review and interpret civil drawings, interior design plans, specifications, and related technical documents. • Monitor progress of civil works and interior installations, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets. • Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals for civil and interior aspects of the projects. • Conduct site inspections to assess civil work progress and interior finish quality. • Organize material procurement and delivery for civil structures and interior finishes. • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards throughout the project. • Prepare progress reports, presentations, and other project documentation. • Maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants involved in civil and interior work. • Resolve technical issues and conflicts that arise during project execution.

What You Bring
• Bring 10‑12 years of experience with a B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil engineering. • Demonstrate skills in project planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, quality control, stakeholder communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
