About the Role
Aerial linemen support overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber service, ensuring work is done right and meeting challenges head‑on. Responsibilities include climbing poles or operating bucket trucks to install, relocate, and maintain aerial plants, interpreting schematics and construction prints, and troubleshooting problems that arise in the field. • Perform installation, relocation, and maintenance of aerial plants using poles or bucket trucks. • Troubleshoot problems in the field. • Prioritize safety and consistently deliver high‑quality work.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate prioritizes safety and consistently delivers high‑quality results. Candidates should have extensive experience as a lineman, knowledge of all aerial equipment, and be comfortable working in bucket trucks and climbing poles. Strong problem‑solving skills, a hands‑on approach, and a desire for long‑term projects and teamwork are essential, and relevant MOS codes are a plus. • Read and interpret schematics and construction prints. • Possess extensive experience as a lineman with knowledge of all aerial equipment. • Comfortable operating bucket trucks and climbing poles. • Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and a hands‑on approach. • Relevant MOS codes (2847, B05A, 3D157, 002599, 5699, 12P, 12Q) align with the role.
