About the Role

The Workspace Services Lead for the North Region Corporate Solutions (Integrated Facilities Management) is a proactive, detail‑oriented role that ensures workspace services meet consistent standards, delivering a seamless occupant and guest experience and maintaining safe work practices. The role oversees day‑to‑day service delivery by the Workspace team and external vendors, aligning with the Workspace Experience team to create customer delight, and collaborates with security, dining services and landlords to provide consistent service. Core responsibilities include managing client contracts and KPIs, leading and developing the team, implementing and monitoring operational procedures, coordinating vendors, handling incidents and emergencies, driving continuous improvement, and controlling risk and R&M activities across multiple sites. • Ensure workspace services meet SOPs and SLAs, delivering consistent occupant and guest experiences. • Align service delivery with the Workspace Experience team to achieve customer delight. • Manage day‑to‑day operations, including proactive checks, clear‑deck and lost‑property processes, and post‑business‑hour refreshes. • Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and compliance with KPIs and service level agreements. • Lead, coach and assess the Workspace team, plan resourcing, and develop succession plans. • Resolve incidents, emergencies and user complaints, preparing risk assessments and managing out‑of‑hours issues. • Drive continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives through data analysis and process optimisation. • Maintain R&M activities and records across multiple locations.

What You Bring

Candidates should have 8‑10 years of facility or hospitality management experience across multiple locations, excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical and organizational skills, and fluency in Cantonese and English; a degree in facilities management is advantageous but not required. Success is measured by client‑focused behaviours, teamwork, proactive program management, innovative problem solving and a detail‑oriented mindset; the position reports to the Regional Manager, is based on‑site in New Delhi, and works 48 hours per week. • Possess 8‑10 years of facility or hospitality management experience, handling multiple sites. • Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, analytical and organisational skills. • Be fluent in Cantonese and English; a related bachelor’s degree is a plus. • Exhibit client‑focus, teamwork, proactive planning, innovative problem solving and detail‑oriented behaviour.
