About the Role
The installer will handle all aspects of flooring projects, ensuring proper preparation and installation of various materials. Additional duties include surface preparation, layout, alignment, finish work, safe operation of hand and power tools, and maintaining clean and organized work areas. • Measure, prepare, and install residential and commercial flooring (hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, carpet). • Prepare subfloors and remove existing flooring. • Cut materials to fit around obstacles and apply adhesives. • Set materials and ensure proper surface preparation, layout, alignment, and finish work. • Operate hand and power tools safely. • Maintain clean and organized work areas. • Participate in a 401(k) profit‑sharing savings plan.
