About the Role

The executive will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units within a defined geographic area. Responsibilities include completing all scheduled maintenance and service visits, responding quickly to breakdowns, performing both minor and major repairs, and ensuring first‑time fixes. Direct on‑site interaction with customers is required to build strong working relationships. • Perform 100% of scheduled maintenance and service visits for elevators and escalators within assigned territory. • Diagnose and repair breakdowns to achieve first‑time fix, handling both minor and major repairs. • Manage portfolio of units, ensuring safe operation and compliance with safety standards. • Communicate directly with customers on‑site to build strong relationships. • Utilize electronic and digital tools for reporting and diagnostics.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Diploma or BE in Engineering and have 3–5 years of experience in elevator service. The role demands strong electrical engineering knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proactive, result‑oriented attitude.
