About the Role
• Communicate professionally with clients, managers, and commercial engineers to schedule deliveries, pickups, and service calls. • Deliver and install rented HVAC equipment; train authorized operators and customers on safe usage. • Obtain client signatures and maintain accurate serial‑number records. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and understand specifications of all rented equipment. • Operate company vehicles safely and adhere to all safety policies. • Clean, test, and ensure returned equipment meets functional and aesthetic standards. • Complete required documentation for deliveries, pickups, and service calls. • Install flexible gas piping for propane and natural‑gas applications using safe procedures. • Maintain precise inventory records and track rented equipment with managers and engineers. • Provide emergency service on a rotating schedule, including weekends and evenings.

What You Bring
The Frigoriste role requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver exemplary service to clients. The technician will transport portable HVAC equipment, demonstrate proper operation, perform complex refrigeration repairs, and train or guide other technicians as needed. Additional duties include general workshop tasks, installing gas piping, and supporting emergency service calls on a rotating schedule. • Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience. • Valid HVAC certification and provincial licence to work on refrigeration systems. • Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude. • Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record. • Ability to work overtime and weekends during peak periods.
