About the Role
A new Assistant Brand Manager position has opened within the Family Care brand team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Family Care, you will collaborate, contribute and own brand and consumer marketing implementation and strategy for our Kleenex and VIVA portfolio. You will support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing strategic plans and brand‑building activities. You will be accountable for developing and implementing plans across the Kleenex & VIVA portfolio, including leading new‑product‑development projects to market, go‑to‑market strategy, communications development and implementation, market tracking, and identifying new growth opportunities. Responsibilities include full‑marketing‑mix execution, media planning and buying, packaging design, shopper‑team POSM activation, ATL and BTL communication development, pricing and promotion strategy, and ongoing analysis of consumer, category and competitive data. • Develop and execute the full marketing mix (commercial program, media planning & buying, packaging design, POSM/in‑store activation) for Kleenex & VIVA. • Lead new‑product‑development projects from consumer insights to commercialization, including concept testing and product specification. • Create and implement ATL and BTL communications in partnership with agencies and the Marketing Manager. • Design pricing and promotion strategies using market data analysis (e.g., Circana). • Conduct ongoing analysis of consumer, category, and competitive information to identify growth opportunities and monitor brand performance against KPIs. • Manage marketing budgets with strong attention to detail. • Support the creation and rollout of the annual business plan.

What You Bring
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and ideally two years of consumer marketing experience. Strong project‑management skills and the ability to manage stakeholders are essential, while shopper marketing, digital marketing or cross‑functional experience are advantageous. You will also be expected to manage budgets with meticulous attention to detail and support the development and implementation of the annual business plan. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and preferably 2 years of consumer marketing experience. • Demonstrate strong project‑management and stakeholder‑management abilities; shopper or digital marketing experience is a plus.
