About the Role
The role is responsible for all preventative and necessary maintenance tasks, including cleaning HVAC system coils for air handling units (AHUs) and chillers, performing cooling tower oil sampling, managing cooling tower layup and start-up for both heating and cooling seasons, and cleaning HVAC pumps and strainers. • Perform preventative and necessary cleaning of HVAC system coils for AHUs and chillers • Conduct cooling tower oil sampling • Execute cooling tower layup and start‑up for heating and cooling seasons • Maintain HVAC pump and strainer cleaning
