About the Role
The Warehouse Team Lead coordinates and controls inventory movement, performing duties of both Warehouse Operator and Warehouse Associate while reporting to the Warehouse Foreman. The role is cross‑trained with other warehouse and shipping team leads to ensure coverage when a lead is absent. Key responsibilities include delivering required parts to manufacturing on time, accurately sorting, maintaining, and staging products, and ensuring all inventory is properly labeled and placed in designated bins. The lead also conducts daily forklift inspections, rejects damaged goods, logs non‑conforming items, and performs cycle counts or daily checks to maintain accurate inventory levels. • Coordinate and control inventory movement to support manufacturing. • Sort, maintain, and stage products with accurate labeling and bin placement. • Conduct daily forklift inspections and reject damaged goods. • Log non‑conforming products and verify returned items. • Perform cycle counts or daily inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy. • Assist in personnel coordination to maximize warehouse efficiency. • Provide problem‑solving assistance and motivate team members. • Work flexible schedules, overtime as needed, and adhere to company policies.

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with AAON Forklift Certification; no degree or license is necessary. The position demands strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, and organizational talent, as well as the capacity to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
