About the Role
The Assembler I will build sub‑assemblies and assemblies involving complex and repetitive wiring for Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS). Candidates must reside within a 50‑mile radius of the work site, although active‑duty military members are exempt from this geographic restriction. What You Bring
A High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution is required. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. Previous experience with product electrical assembly, maintenance, or repair is preferred. The role requires a working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment and the ability to read and interpret standard operating procedures. The position demands the ability to work daily and/or weekend overtime and to flex to different areas or local plants as needed. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lb, distinguishing colored wiring, and standing for extended periods, with repetitive lifting, bending, and squatting inherent to the job.
