About the Role

• Collect and analyze environmental data using predefined tools, methods, and formats, working independently. • Build personal capability through assessment planning, training, coaching, and maintaining professional accreditation. • Follow HSE policies to identify and mitigate environmental and workplace risks, addressing risky behaviors and escalating serious issues. • Manage relationships with small clients and support senior colleagues in handling larger key clients and customers. • Collect field samples and conduct laboratory testing in accordance with statutory frameworks and best practice. • Conduct environmental impact assessments, delivering assigned tasks for comprehensive evaluations. • Interpret data to identify solutions, navigating various processes, procedures, and precedents. • Contribute to the preparation of data and analytics reports. • Gather information and draft standard bid solicitations, proposals and tenders (RFP/RFT) on the requester side. • Actively participate in a community of practice to develop expertise in a defined consulting area. • Coordinate identification, assessment, and mitigation of environmental risks.

In this mid‑level professional role you will support environmental assessments, regulatory compliance, site investigations, and sustainable project development across diverse industries. The ideal candidate holds a degree in environmental science, geology or engineering, has solid field and analytical skills, and is passionate about applying scientific principles to real‑world challenges. The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Geology, Natural Resources, Environmental Science or equivalent, and a minimum of three years of post‑graduation professional experience, including field sampling. Overnight travel and field work are expected.
