About the Role
• Lead production of geospatial intelligence products aligned with analytical priorities and stakeholder requirements. • Oversee quality assurance and metadata tagging of geospatial layers to ensure compliance with interoperability standards and governance policies. • Manage workflow prioritization and production schedules for timely delivery of geospatial reports, dashboards, and visualizations. • Collaborate with data providers and analysts to improve data access and curate country and regional pages in EDA. • Develop and apply AI/ML, data quality, enrichment, stewardship, and research processes.

What You Bring
NV5 Geospatial is actively recruiting a Senior Geospatial Research Analyst / Production Manager with strong capabilities in applying and leading geospatial analytics and all‑source intelligence methodologies. The role is based on‑site at US Army Garrison Miami/US Southern Command and requires US citizenship, the ability to pass a basic background check for military base access, and an active TS/SCI clearance. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening, and may require obtaining a security clearance, which is limited to U.S. citizens. NV5 provides equal employment opportunities without regard to protected characteristics and complies with all applicable non‑discrimination laws. • Solve and articulate complex geospatial and all‑source intelligence problems. • Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Remote Sensing, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field, or five years equivalent experience. • Supervisory experience in analysis, research, and production. • Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems and data steward tools, catalogs, and processes. • Ability to manage and prioritize complex project tasks. • Esri GIS certifications (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS REST API) and programming skills (Python, R, JSON, HTML/XML, SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL). • Knowledge of OSINT and all‑source intelligence analytic methodology. • Portuguese or Spanish language proficiency. • Experience with government IT programs and environments. • Active TS/SCI clearance required.
