About the Role

The hiring process includes probationary progress reports and adherence to collective bargaining agreements. • Perform inspections, repairs, construction, and maintenance of project equipment, systems, and facilities. • Maintain project roads, including snow removal, brush clearing, grass cutting, and weed eating. • Conduct weekly flowline walks and periodic weir and piezometer readings. • Rake head racks to support hydro operations. • Operate forklift, man‑lift, and scissor lift safely. • Execute housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and cleaning facilities. • Use chainsaws and manual tools for vegetation control to meet FERC requirements. • Enter data, generate reports, and utilize computer‑based maintenance programs. • Carry out predictive and preventive maintenance as qualified. • Participate in goal setting, self‑directed work teams, and provide performance feedback. • Assist in operating powerhouses during plant maintenance outages.
