About the Role

• Perform a mix of software development (≈50%) and functional business analysis (≈50%). • Execute tasks related to functional projects and process improvements while communicating roadblocks. • Synthesize findings, draw conclusions, and present insights to supervisors or managers. • Contribute to software enhancements and bug fixes as part of the Digital team. • Work in a professional office environment using standard equipment such as computers and phones. • Participate in a paid, 12‑week internship that includes real project ownership and presentation to senior leaders. • Engage in workshops, executive roundtables, and networking events to build a strong professional network.
