About the Role

The designer will be responsible for initiating and developing design and construction document drawings through completion for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and design criteria. Under supervision, the individual will handle design assignments of limited to moderate complexity, use vendor documents, and follow established design practices and procedures. • Create and finalize design and construction drawings that meet project codes and criteria. • Utilize vendor documents, codes, permits, and software such as Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Perform self‑checks on work products and collaborate with team members, escalating complex issues when needed. • Contribute ideas for improving existing design procedures and take on new responsibilities. • Manage multiple fast‑paced projects, follow directions, and communicate effectively in written and verbal forms. • Submit a portfolio that showcases relevant design skills and experience.

What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field is required, along with U.S. citizenship. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and strong communication skills, supported by a portfolio. • Complete design tasks of limited to moderate complexity under supervision. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline; U.S. citizenship required. • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferred experience with Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
