About the Role
The Manager Software Development – ServiceNow leads a team that designs, develops, configures, and maintains solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, best practices, and governance standards. The role drives innovation, platform stability, and delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions across modules such as GRC, HRSD, ITOM, ITSM, and SecOps. The manager oversees the full software development lifecycle, defines the development roadmap, and ensures security and compliance. • Lead, mentor, and manage a ServiceNow development team and administrators, fostering a collaborative, innovative, high-performance culture. • Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support career development of team members. • Manage workload, priorities, and assignments using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and ITIL frameworks. • Establish and enforce development standards, code review processes, and best practices for code quality and platform health. • Oversee the full Software Development Lifecycle for ServiceNow projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. • Define and manage the ServiceNow development roadmap aligned with business and IT strategy. • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet security and compliance standards. • Drive continuous improvement and evaluate new ServiceNow features and releases. • Manage vendor relationships, coordinate platform upgrades, and handle patch management. • Govern platform security, performance, and compliance.

What You Bring
• 7 years of ServiceNow experience, including 3 years in technical leadership or management. • Demonstrated exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities. • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages. • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems. • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. • Minimum 5 years managing software development teams. • Minimum 5 years working in software development.

Benefits
This hybrid position requires four days onsite at the Phoenix headquarters (5353 E City North Drive) and one remote day per week.
