About the Role
The Contract Audit Specialist is responsible for reviewing and auditing contract sales documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and company policies. This includes verifying financial terms, title requirements, redacting sensitive information, and identifying missing or incorrect documentation. Findings are entered into tracking systems such as Chorus and TSW, and the specialist manages daily workflow changes, prepares contract packages for imaging, and provides customer service to resolve document issues. The role also requires maintaining production standards and supporting the DSC audit team as needed. • Review and audit contract sales documents for legal and policy compliance. • Process correspondence and materials from consumers or agents. • Verify financial terms against underwriting guidelines. • Verify title requirements such as vesting, tenancies, and inventory. • Redact personally identifiable and payment information. • Identify missing or incorrect contract documents. • Enter audit findings into tracking systems (e.g., Chorus, TSW). • Fulfill reasonable management requests within capability. • Receive and validate contract packages from sites, notifying discrepancies. • Audit contract execution accuracy and policy compliance. • Review correspondence like rescission letters and owner kits. • Document received contracts in TSW and generate audit reports. • Manage daily contract workflow status changes (rescission cancels, NSFs, chargebacks). • Prepare contract packages and cancellations for imaging department. • Provide customer service to field offices and corporate partners to resolve document issues. • Maintain minimum production levels set by management. • Provide support and vacation coverage for DSC audit team. • Uphold Hilton Grand Vacations values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and immediacy. • Complete required training and compliance courses. • Adhere to company standards and policies.

What You Bring
Successful candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple computer programs, and produce high‑volume, accurate work. Excellent communication skills are essential for conveying contract issues and resolutions to field sales offices, and interpersonal abilities help maintain positive relationships with process partners. The position demands multitasking, the capacity to work under pressure, occasional overtime, and a collaborative, enthusiastic team‑player attitude. Preferred experience includes a background in timeshare transactions and familiarity with the documents required for a timeshare closing. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for creating and maintaining spreadsheets is also advantageous.
