About the Role
The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services for customers. The role also includes ensuring the vehicle meets the company’s safety standards before each shift and adhering to all company, state, and federal regulations while completing daily vehicle condition reports. Drivers conduct thorough pre- and post‑operation inspections to verify tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls, and report any issues. They follow assigned routes, load refuse using manual or automatic controls, operate the compactor, and dispose of material at designated facilities. Interactions with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers are courteous and professional, and drivers tag unsatisfactory containers, monitor waste for compliance, and clean accidental spills according to safety policies. Throughout each shift, drivers continuously monitor vehicle condition, clean waste from the packer blade and truck body, and complete required route, productivity, and vehicle condition reports. They meet productivity standards, follow all safety policies, and actively participate in the Company’s ReSOP program while performing any additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring
The position requires a Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with an air‑brake endorsement. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer service, time management, follow‑through, and a commitment to safety and company policies.
