Job Overview: Develop, implement, troubleshoot, and manage automation equipment. Day in the Life: The role involves troubleshooting PLCs, computer‑based controls, and robotic equipment that support manufacturing processes and facility functions; analyzing testing procedures to ensure product quality and performance; and recommending and designing control changes to improve reliability and performance. • Troubleshoot PLCs, computer‑based controls, and robotic equipment supporting manufacturing processes. • Analyze testing procedures to ensure product quality and performance. • Recommend and design control changes to increase equipment reliability and performance. • Travel domestically and internationally for business purposes. • Read and interpret engineering prints and drawings. • Solve technical problems in cross‑functional environments.

What You Bring

Physical requirements include the ability to travel domestically and internationally, move among various company locations, communicate effectively, and work on a personal computer or related equipment as needed. Required education and experience consist of a BS degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a technical field; at least five years of automation troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment; strong electrical acumen with experience in Allen Bradley, PLC, HMI/MMI, and VFDS; proficiency in Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation PLC programming languages; the ability to read and interpret engineering prints and drawings; and strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in technical problem solving within cross‑functional teams, high proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and programming, and robotic certification. • Apply strong electrical acumen with experience in Allen Bradley, PLC, HMI/MMI, and VFDS. • Utilize Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation PLC programming languages. • Demonstrate high proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and programming. • Hold robotic certification (preferred).
