About the Role
The role provides a broad range of administrative and secretarial duties to support senior managers within Defence Operations. It also contributes to the overall efficiency of the Operations business by handling various coordination and resource‑management tasks. • Coordinate VIP, customer and external visits, handling front‑of‑house hosting and PPE provision • Manage workwear and stationery inventories in line with budget constraints • Maintain and update distribution lists while drafting and circulating communications • Provide secretarial, administrative and complex travel support for senior managers • Lead organisation of Operations All‑Hands sessions and oversee meeting resources • Deliver site support as needed, including covering external and internal secretarial duties • Operate calmly under pressure, set priorities and meet tight deadlines
