Job Highlights
About the Role
Associate Photographers collect media for Homes.com and Apartments.com using a Pro 3 Matterport camera, digital camera equipment, and an iPad. They create virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for residential homes within a designated territory and are managed remotely by a local Photography Manager. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans, and high‑quality photographs of homes and apartments using Matterport Pro3 and digital cameras. • Create appealing photo portfolios to showcase properties for marketing on Homes.com and Apartments.com. • Coordinate appointments with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize coverage and meet client demands. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management to prioritize tasks. • Survey assigned one‑mile grids for commercial‑real‑estate data, identifying new inventory and missing listings. • Follow CoStar safety standards to protect vehicle and equipment. • Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

What You Bring
The role requires up to eight hours of driving, standing, and walking each day, with the ability to lift equipment weighing up to five pounds. Photographers must be able to work in all weather conditions and on a rotating weekend schedule. All hires must pass a pre‑employment substance‑abuse test and maintain a valid driver’s license. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a driving record check prior to start. • Possess at least 2 years of real‑estate photography experience and a FAA Part 107 drone license (or obtain within 30 days). • Demonstrate strong time‑management, detail‑orientation, and accurate data entry. • Proficient with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications. • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and be available for rotating weekend shifts.

Benefits
Compensation is an hourly base equivalent to $50,000 per year plus performance‑based monthly bonuses.
