About the Role
• Measure and price work using contract drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities. • Manage post‑contract QS functions including interim and final payments, variations, correspondence, cash flows, and claims. • Advise on contractual matters, resource allocation, and ensure completeness of contractual requirements. • Audit contractor payments and ensure prompt, complete valuations. • Record work measures, prepare variations and day‑works, and monitor final cost estimates. • Maintain expenditure records and review, negotiate, and prepare claim settlements. • Coordinate team activities and prepare monthly financial statements.

What You Bring
The firm is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join its team, performing standard estimating activities typical to the engineering and construction industry. The role focuses on accurate measurement, pricing, and comprehensive post‑contract administration for large infrastructure projects. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. • Minimum 10 years experience on large infrastructure projects. • Knowledge of post‑contract administration. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to communicate logically and clearly with management and staff. • UAE Authority approval as Quantity Surveyor (preferred). • Proficiency with construction contract documents, drawings, and specifications. • Familiarity with AutoCAD (preferred). • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to work independently.
