About the Role
• Manage the SVP’s complex, multi‑time‑zone calendar, prioritizing and resolving conflicts. • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, logistics, and expense reconciliation. • Act as gatekeeper and liaison, preparing the SVP for meetings and engagements. • Plan, organize, and execute meetings, strategic events, and team off‑sites, including agendas and briefing materials. • Draft, edit, and proofread high‑level communications, presentations, and reports while handling confidential information with discretion. • Support special projects and department‑wide initiatives with minimal oversight, collaborating with other Executive Assistants. • Maintain global communication distribution lists and assist with internal communications. • Prepare and review expense reports, purchase orders, invoice approvals, and track expenditures, identifying cost‑optimization opportunities.

What You Bring
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Customer Success in a fast‑paced, global environment. The role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, acting as a trusted partner to enable the SVP to focus on strategic priorities. • 3+ years experience supporting senior executives in a global corporate setting. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with Teams, SharePoint, and procurement tools (Coupa preferred). • Strong organizational, time‑management, and detail‑orientation skills in a high‑energy environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication with high discretion and integrity. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Benefits
The targeted base pay for this full‑time position ranges from $70,000 to $105,000 USD annually for both the Dallas and Denver offices, with additional bonus, equity, and benefits considered based on skills, experience, and education.
