About the Role
As a Production Operative you will play a pivotal role in the Machine Shop, helping to create equipment that improves lives worldwide. You will be expected to understand technical plans, work out measurements, and process raw steel on assigned machines while meeting production targets and maximizing efficiency. • Interpret technical plans and calculate measurements. • Process and prepare raw steel on assigned machines. • Safely move production parts manually or with crane/lifting equipment. • Adhere to Health & Safety standards, supporting Zero Harm. • Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives as a team member. • Operate forklift/combi‑lift truck after training, if required.

What You Bring
The job requires safe handling of production parts, whether manually, via crane, or using lifting equipment, and strict adherence to Health & Safety standards to support the Zero Harm commitment. Team collaboration on continuous improvement initiatives is essential, and you may need to operate a forklift or combi‑lift truck after training. Candidates should have prior experience with hand plasma, CNC machinery, and stud welding, with CNC plasma and press brake experience considered desirable.
