The role offers the chance to impact a high‑profile project and advance a career in large‑scale power generation. • Lead all phases of EPC project execution for large‑scale gas power generation facilities, from design through commissioning. • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to ensure safe and successful delivery. • Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning disciplines to align deliverables and strategy. • Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project transparency. • Oversee project financials, reporting, forecasting, and change management.

What You Bring

The role is for a Project Manager – EPC Power Plant (Gas/Coal/Steam) within QISG/Power Gen, targeting candidates with strong EPC backgrounds in gas‑ or coal‑fired generation, including combined‑cycle and simple‑cycle plants. The position is flexible on location but prefers Birmingham, AL, with relocation assistance, and requires up to 50 % travel to project sites and the Birmingham office. Openings are available at mid‑level and senior‑level. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. • EPC project management experience in gas‑ or coal‑fired power generation. • Prior combined‑cycle, simple‑cycle, or thermal power plant construction experience. • Strong command of project controls, cost forecasting, and construction execution planning. • Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑discipline teams and deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget. • Willingness to travel up to 50% nationwide and to the Birmingham, AL office. • Highly desirable: EPC experience supporting utility‑scale or industrial clients such as data centers or manufacturing.
