About the Role
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and process‑piping scopes for commercial buildings. Working closely with project managers, field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and clients, the APM ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high safety and quality standards. • Support planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC, plumbing, and process‑piping projects for commercial construction. • Collaborate with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives.

What You Bring
• Apply 2+ years of mechanical or commercial construction experience, including knowledge of contracts, schedules, and cost control. • Hold a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or possess equivalent work experience. • Understand mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, process piping) and use Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project‑management tools such as Procore, PlanGrid, or BIM 360. • Demonstrate strong organization, communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities in a deadline‑driven environment. • Travel 80‑100% of the time to project sites. • Experience on commercial projects such as schools, hospitals, or data centers; familiarity with Procore or Viewpoint preferred. • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.
