About the Role
The Manager – Offer Specialist based in Chennai will oversee offer preparation and submission for customers in the Karnataka and Kerala states within the SRO region for the LMV business. The role involves coordinating order execution with customers, expediting dispatches with factories, supporting the Commercial team for timely payments, and maintaining yearly gross‑margin targets while developing new customer bases and generating leads. • Prepare and submit offers to customers across the SRO region. • Coordinate with customers on order execution activities. • Liaise with factories to expedite dispatches and assist the Commercial team in securing timely payments. • Maintain annual gross margin targets. • Develop new customer bases, generate leads, and pursue opportunities. • Apply strong analytical and communication skills to business development and offer creation.
