About the Role
The Senior Manager, Field Operations & Transformation is a critical leadership role responsible for spearheading Renuity’s ambitious expansion agenda. This individual will lead the end‑to‑end execution of all new greenfield market entries and the strategic rollout of new product offerings across existing and new divisions. The role also provides strategic oversight and standardization for all growth implementation efforts, developing and continuously refining playbooks to ensure scalability, operational excellence, and alignment with aggressive growth objectives in a fast‑paced, private‑equity‑backed environment. A “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” mindset is required, balancing strategic leadership with tactical execution to accelerate performance and results. In the Greenfield Geographic Expansion function, the leader translates strategic decisions into actionable launch plans, handling detailed project management, resource allocation, and timeline coordination. Responsibilities include site selection, facility build‑out, initial team hiring in partnership with POPs and local leadership, technology integration, licensing, vendor onboarding, training for operational readiness, and supply‑chain establishment. The manager oversees end‑to‑end execution from pre‑launch activities through day‑one activation and the 30/60/90‑day ramp‑up, driving a smooth transition from pilot to fully operational status while being accountable for initial P&L performance and ramp‑up trajectory. For Product Expansions into Established Markets, the role leads the implementation and rollout of new product and service offerings across existing Renuity divisions and new greenfield markets. This involves coordinating product development, marketing, sales, and operations, ensuring divisions are operationally ready through training sales and install teams, updating installation protocols, and preparing suppliers and warehouses. The manager tracks early performance, gathers feedback, and iterates on rollout strategies to achieve successful adoption and integration. The senior manager also develops, refines, and institutionalizes Renuity’s Growth Playbook, establishing standardized processes, templates, and playbooks that enable scalable market and product launches. • Lead end‑to‑end execution of new market entries, including site selection, build‑out, staffing, technology integration and supply‑chain setup. • Manage launch timelines, resource allocation and day‑one activation through 30/60/90‑day ramp‑up. • Drive rollout of new products and services across existing divisions and new markets, coordinating development, marketing, sales and operations. • Ensure operational readiness through training, updated protocols, supplier and warehouse preparation. • Track adoption, gather feedback and iterate on product launch strategies. • Develop and maintain Renuity’s Growth Playbook with standardized processes and templates.
