About the Role

The Outside Sales Representative will generate profitable business by developing an assigned territory, implementing sales plans, and maintaining the existing customer base. This role also contributes to building the Sunbelt brand identity nationwide while acting as the primary point of contact for customers needing equipment solutions. • Prospect new accounts and expand existing portfolio through cold‑calling and closing. • Create and execute sales plans to grow business within assigned territory. • Retain customers by delivering knowledgeable service and supporting the Sunbelt brand. • Apply project‑management, negotiation, and communication skills to drive sales.

What You Bring

Candidates should have a four‑year degree in a related field with at least one year of experience, or three to four years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and be at least 21 years old. Key abilities include project management, new‑business development, customer retention, strong communication, negotiation, and solid computer skills; knowledge of ground protection or construction equipment and bilingual Spanish skills are preferred. • Meet physical requirements such as lifting 50 lb, bending, and working indoors/outdoors. • Hold a 4‑year related degree (or 3‑4 years sales experience), a valid driver’s license, and be 21 + years old. • Leverage bilingual (Spanish) ability where applicable.
