About the Role

The role blends management information systems oversight with administrative operations, supporting data management, process improvement, and office management within the on‑site Gurugram office. It involves coordinating facility management, vendor relationships, and executive support activities. Key duties include maintaining enterprise software platforms, generating automated reports and dashboards, optimizing facility and vendor processes, digitizing manual workflows, and providing cross‑functional support and training to staff. • Maintain and monitor ERP, HRMS, and CRM systems; ensure data accuracy, backups, and user access. • Generate automated reports and dashboards for management decision‑making. • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT support for technical resolutions. • Oversee daily office operations, facility management, vendor coordination, and process optimization. • Manage office supplies, equipment procurement, maintenance schedules, and meeting/travel logistics. • Collect, validate, and analyze business data; develop standardized reporting templates and maintain databases. • Support audit processes by preparing documentation and system reports. • Identify and implement digitization opportunities for manual workflows such as expense reporting and leave management. • Create and update standard operating procedures for technical and administrative functions. • Provide technical support and training to employees; coordinate cross‑departmental information flow. • Supervise reception, security, and housekeeping staff; manage space allocation, visitor management, and workplace safety protocols.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, have 2‑4 years of experience in MIS and administrative roles, and demonstrate strong technical, organizational, and communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. • 2–4 years experience in MIS and administrative roles. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, database management, and enterprise software systems. • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
